Parade Application Packet

One of the many events scheduled is a Lansing 150 Parade of the Decades and we invite you to participate. This is an exciting occasion and we hope you will join in the Parade to help us celebrate. Our goal is to have Parade participants representing every decade from 1859 to 2009. So put on your creative caps and design an entry from any decade.
